If pizza and shakes are your thing, or your kids’ thing, then The Loop is a great place to eat!
Located in Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill, The Loop is casual dining that tastes good. The Chapel Hill location was the first Loop in North Carolina. It is definitely popular, especially for lunch. So it can get a little crowded at times. But the food is fast, there are plenty of tables, and tables turn over quickly. Also, it can get loud in the restaurant, as it is so popular and is casual dining. But I suppose that way no one notices the noise your kid makes!
Parking is easy to find, although in general that East Gate parking lot is a little crazy with lots of people beelining for the Trader Joe’s.
High chairs are available. And since it is a counter, there isn’t any wait staff. But the busboys and other Loop staff are very helpful and offer assistance, especially if you have children.
Tuesday Night is Kid’s Night at the Chapel Hill location. Kids meals are just $2.99 with each adult entree purchase.
Also, the Cary locations both offer pizza-making parties. Contact them for information and details.
The Durham location caters more to the University crowd.
The Loop is certainly a good place to grab a bite; the milkshakes come highly recommended.
